Excursion and conference dinner
The conference excursion on Thursday at 18:00 starts on pier Kauppatori 4. We take a JT-line ferry for a 2 hours cruise along the Helsinki archipelago.
At the end of the excursion the ferry brings us to a harbor of the island of Suomenlinna close to the restaurant Walhalla, where the conference dinner takes place at 20:00.
After the conference dinner, at 23:00, the ferry takes us back to the city; the trip back takes about a half an hour.
If you miss the ferry/excursion, you can still reach the conference dinner by public transport. Try not to miss the ferry back; the last public transport back from Suomenlinna departs at 00:20, from King's gate.
